FOOD HUB
INNOVATION CENTRE
Come meet the future of your food business at the
Kootenay Farms Food Hub!
Our Food Hub is a vibrant, collaborative space designed to help food entrepreneurs thrive. With access to an affordable, fully equipped commissary kitchen and professional processing equipment, producers and community members can transform bold ideas into high-quality, retail-ready food products. It’s a place to connect, share ideas, discover emerging food trends, and learn the latest manufacturing and processing techniques.
Once you’re signed up, you’ll unlock a range of services and business supports designed to help you start, grow, and scale with confidence.
The possibilities are endless. Become a farmers’ market vendor. Launch a freeze-dried product line. Turn cherries into irresistible jam, asparagus into zesty pickled spears, tomatoes into spicy antipasto, or apple juice into apple-cinnamon kombucha. Dream of starting a catering company? You can do that here too.
From first recipe to finished product, your food business journey starts at our Food Hub—where creativity, community, and opportunity come together.
