Our Food Hub is a hands-on, collaborative space where your culinary vision comes to life. Work side by side with other food producers, share ideas, and draw on the experience of our knowledgeable staff—while maintaining full creative control of your products.
Prep and clean, freeze, package, and label using professional equipment, with manufacturing experts available to support your process, answer questions, and help you move confidently from concept to finished product.

The Fields Forward Society is a non-profit organization devoted to the development of a vibrant local agri-food system that sustains the community’s environmental, and economic values.
Fields Forward promotes the development of food production in the Kootenays, careers in the food and farm sector, and access to healthy local foods.
