HOW TO GET STARTED

Contact us for a tour and an introduction to the Food Hub. We can answer your questions, and explore how we can help you get retail ready.

Our goal is to ensure the Food Hub is accessible for everyone, whether you are an established business or a new start-up. From full-time usage to drop-in access, there is a usage model to meet your needs.

You will need to plan on the following before using our facilities:

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST 

Complete our form to express your interest.

FOOD HUB TOUR 

To ensure we’re the right fit, book a tour of our Food Hub to talk over your requirements, and to consider our services and manufacturing equipment.

START A MEMBERSHIP

Gain access to the food corridor booking calendar. Review your plan, upload documents, book time.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

To book our commercial kitchen and facility will need to provide a damage deposit.

LIABILITY INSURANCE + RECALL READY,

FOR RETAIL SALES ONLY

To use the Food Hub you need up-to-date liability insurance.

​

You are also responsible for retaining all product traceability information, including lot codes, dates of processing and shipping information.

FOOD SAFETY PLAN,

FOR RETAIL SALES ONLY

For retail sales only, users at the Food Hub must have a food safety plan before beginning work at our facilities. Information regarding certification, permits and all appropriate templates can be found here.
