The Food Hub is focused on and supports products made with BC grown ingredients, specifically processing plant-based ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, and herbs.

How much does it cost?

Hourly rate, 2 hour minimum $30

½ day: 7am – 11am or 1pm – 4pm $85

Full day: 7am – 3pm or 4pm – 12am $125


Monthly Anchor Rate

¼ Time OR ½ Time OR Full Time

Days and afternoons available.

Please note, the basic items are provided: knives, cutting boards, bowls, blenders, mixers, hotel pans, sheet pans and pots.

It is recommended that you bring your specific kitchen tools and knives.
