  • Bag in box packaging available for purchase (all other packaging must be provided by processors)

The Food Hub is focused on and supports products made with BC grown ingredients, specifically processing plant-based ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, and herbs.

How much does it cost?

Rates

Hourly rate with a 2 hour minimum | $25

1/2 day: 8am-noon or 1pm-5pm | $75

Full day: 8am-4pm | $125

Evening slots by appointment only

Monthly Anchor Rate

2/3 days a week with 3 month minimum  | $550

All the other equipment is charged by fee for service per unit. We have a team of co-operative anchor tenants that specialize in a variety of services and product development at a negotiable rate!
