The Food Hub is focused on and supports products made with BC grown ingredients, specifically processing plant-based ingredients, including fruits, vegetables, tree nuts, and herbs.

How much does it cost?

  1. Hourly rate for commercial kitchen - $20/hour. Minimum booking of two hours, discounts for monthly bookings.

  2. All the other equipment is charged by fee for service per unit. All work is done by trained Food Hub staff.

We are currently developing our online booking system.

 

In the near future, once you are approved by staff you will be able to book online. The Food Corridor Booking System will allow you book equipment and services. Check availability easily with the calendar feature.
